Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Return Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products and maintain strict quality control standards. To give you peace of mind, we offer a 14-day return warranty. If you receive a defective item, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.

Defects that qualify for a refund include (but are not limited to):

  • Stains

  • Broken zippers

  • Rips or tears

  • Poor quality materials

  • Significant color differences

  • Major discrepancies from the advertised product


I. How to Request a Return

If there is an issue with your item, email our customer support at:

To ensure a fast and smooth return process:

  1. Include your order number.

  2. Provide a description of the issue.

  3. Attach photos or a video showing the problem.

We’ll respond within 24 hours of receiving your email.

❗ Do not return items to the sender address on the package. Wait for the correct return address provided by customer service. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If your item qualifies, we will offer a refund or replacement within 3 business days of confirmation.


II. Return Policy

You may return items within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • The label is still attached.

We cover the return for items that are defective, including:

  • Stains

  • Broken zippers

  • Rips or tears

  • Poor quality materials

  • Obvious color discrepancies

  • Misrepresentation of the product

🚫 We do not accept returns due to sizing issues caused by personal error.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


III. Exchanges & Refunds

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.

A refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.


IV. Shipping Fees

Doggydreams is not responsible for:

  • Wrong size due to customer choice

  • Customer simply disliking the product

VI. Missing or Delayed Refunds

Refunds typically take 1–8 business days to appear in your account.
If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing may take additional time.

General Return Guidelines

  • You have 14 days to request a return or exchange.

  • Flash sales, special offers, and replica items are not eligible for returns.

  • Items must be in new condition, with no stains or damage.

  • We do not accept returns sent to any unauthorized address.

  • C.O.D. returns are not accepted.

  • Use your local post office to avoid import taxes.

  • Do not use a signature service — this may delay the refund.

  • Do not send letters to the return address — use our email or live chat instead.

 

 

Delivery Times

We process orders within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Average delivery times are:

  • Germany & EU: 10–21 business days
  • Switzerland, Norway & other European countries: 12–20 business days
  • USA & Canada: 12–20 business days
  • Rest of the world: 15–20 business days

 

Please note: During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, sales campaigns, or customs delays due to global events), delivery may take longer. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
