Important Notes:

  1. Once your payment is confirmed, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. You’ll receive a notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.

  2. Delivery times are estimates. Actual arrival may vary due to factors like flight schedules, weather, or customs delays. For the latest updates, please track your package using the provided tracking number.

  3. If your tracking status says delivered but you haven’t received your package, or if your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our Customer Service team within 45 days of your order date to resolve the issue. For other inquiries related to orders or shipping, please reach out within 90 days of purchase.

  4. Don’t forget to click the “Confirm Delivery” button within 6 months of shipment to earn additional points. After 6 months, this option will no longer be available.
